Approx. 10 lbs. or larger. Organically grown in Kalopa (Honoka'a), Moloka'i Greeny is a tropical pumpkin selection which is medium sized and dark green with a domed top. This winter squash is known as Calabaza in Latin and Filipino communities, and can be used in dishes with a harder texture when green, or softer when the outside is yellow/orange/beige. Ideal for pinakbet, a Filipino stew, pumpkin soup or pumpkin pie. Also perfect for fall decor, with its unique color and textures!
